A bicycle will save you money, give you exercise and also help you to save a lot of time as you will not be stuck in office rush traffic so you can also get extra sleep.Our bodies are therefore naturally equipped to store a big amount of energy in the form of fat that burns off when we exert our bodies. This how it has always been for thousands of years but today, our modern lifestyles are very different from how it is supposed to be by nature.
